Faraday IT is run by four IT professionals with a combined 25+ years of hands-on experience — not just keeping the lights on with industry-standard tooling, but working at the edge with cloud infrastructure and AI. We're small enough to move fast and pick up the phone, and current enough that we're not the ones playing catch-up.
Agility and depth, not one or the other
Most businesses end up choosing between a big, slow provider with layers of account management, or a single freelancer who's stretched across every discipline. We built Faraday to be neither: a small enough team to be quick and personal, with enough combined depth to genuinely cover hardware, networking, connectivity, telephony, hosting and security properly — plus the cloud and AI tooling that's changing how all of it gets done.
We're based in North Wales, and work with businesses across North Wales and across the North West — North Wales is home, not a limit.
Why "Faraday"?
The name comes from the Faraday cage — a structure that shields what’s inside from outside interference. It felt like the right name for an IT team: the point of good IT support is exactly that, a shield between your business and the things that go wrong.
