Accessibility Statement

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology such as screen readers, or who navigate by keyboard rather than a mouse. This isn't a legal requirement for a business our size, but it's how we'd want a website built.

What we've done

• Built the site with semantic HTML and proper heading structure throughout
• Made every interactive element usable by keyboard alone, including a "skip to content" link
• Checked text and button colours against WCAG AA contrast requirements, in both light and dark mode
• Kept touch targets (buttons, menu icons) to at least 44×44px for mobile use
• Followed your device's light/dark mode setting automatically, with a manual override
• Built the layout to work across phone, tablet and desktop screen sizes

Where we're honest about the gaps

This is a new site, and while it's been checked carefully against WCAG guidelines, it hasn't yet been tested by an actual screen reader user or a professional accessibility auditor. If you hit a barrier using this site with assistive technology, please tell us — we'd genuinely like to fix it.

Our target

We're aiming to meet WCAG 2.2 at Level AA, the standard most UK accessibility guidance is built around.
